Questions about billing.

What's a "seat"?
A seat is a human teammate who can manage squads, see traces, or approve tool calls. End users in your channels — customers, contacts, the public — are not seats and are unlimited.
How are model costs handled?
You bring your own model keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, vLLM). Token billing goes straight to that provider — we never mark it up. SquadClaw shows you the per-run cost, but we don't take a cut.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Pro-rated. Move from BYOK to Managed without losing memory or settings.
What about non-profits, students, and OSS maintainers?
We offer 100% off Team for registered non-profits, accredited students, and active maintainers of permissively-licensed OSS projects. Email contact@intanova.com.
Do you offer Enterprise?
